Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage allows the body’s lymphatic system to drain and release the toxins which build up in the body. This toxicity build-up can cause a general sluggishness and possibly lead to illness. It is one of the gentlest massages one experiences but so effective.

Raindrop Technique Massage is a sequence of anointing with essential oils, to stimulate every organ, muscle and bone on the cellular level. It was developed from an ancestral Lakota Native Healing ritual using a feather technique. It supports the immune system and bringing the body into homeostasis. It may assist with issues within the body we may or may not be aware of. It is an intensive use of essential oils to promote your healing.

Gua Sha Massage
Gua Sha Massage is the practice of using tools to apply pressure and scrape the skin. This will assist in relieving pain and tension. It is very stimulating to the tissue and can leave red coloration for a short period of time following the treatment. It is a great way to assist with detoxification, the circulatory system and overall muscle relaxation and rejuvenation. It has a wide range of healing techniques to achieve physical, mental and psychological health. The use of wands made of a metal bowl of copper, zinc and tin help to draw out the toxicities in the body.

Facial Kansa and Tuning Forks, is a 30 minute combination of Kansa wands and Tuning Forks applied to the face to open the muscles, revitalize the skin, assist with wrinkle reduction and provide relaxation. It has proved to be valuable as a treatment for sinus, jaw and teeth issues.

Facial Vibration, is a 30 minute session where Tuning Forks are applied to the face. Between the sound, physical vibration and the gem stones on the forks, your face and mind will unwind providing you with peace and calm. Ear Candling, is an alternative therapy in which the tapered end of an ear candle is placed in a person's ear while the other end of the candle is lit, in the belief that earwax and other impurities are drawn out of the ear canal by a partial vacuum created by the candle flame.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a clothed modality and is received on a massage table. It is a gentle touch hands-on therapy where the body is assisted with the flow of the cerebral-spinal fluid, the proper movements of the axial skeleton bones and to unblock restrictions in the body's central tissues.
During your session you can expect to feel the gentle touch of hand placement in the listening or palpation zones, (feet, thighs, hips, abdomen, heart and shoulders) as well as the head, face, and sacrum. There could also be unwinding of the limbs with gentle rotations. Clients report various pleasant sensations throughout the body, warmth, tingling, muscle twitch, a letting go feeling, a muscle relaxation, pressure release, etc. Most of your session is face up, but in the 90 Minute session you will also be face down.
*As this is a clothed session, you are asked to where comfortable easy to move in clothing, such as leggings and a t-shirt.

Reiki
Reiki is usually a clothed modality but can be added to massage and is received on a massage table. It is inherent and instinctive and known as one type of energy healing. Our bodies are made up of energy and we are surrounded by a Universe of energy. By using a series of hand/palm placements the highest healing energy is transferred to the body of the client through the practitioner, one being to another. Reiki amplifies and intensifies the power of touch. It restores, it promotes balance, it reduces stress, all within the mind and body.
Reiki Sessions
A Reiki Session is unique and each client will have different experiences. They may experience the sensation of a pleasant warming in an area as the energy is transferred. It is calming to the nervous system, soothing to the soul and gently assists with release of emotions or old trauma.

Payments & Cancellations
Payments for services are due at time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Health Savings Accounts. Thank you!
Cancelations and Late Arrivals
Should you need to cancel an appointment please do your best to do so within 48 hours of the appointment time. If less than 48 hours you will be charged the full amount of the cancelation fee. Also should you arrive late you will be charged for a full session even though you may not receive the amount of time originally scheduled so as not to inconvenience the next client.
Should you miss your appointment completely without notification a Failed Appointment fee will be charged to you.
