Payments & Cancelations
Payments for services are due at time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Health Savings Accounts. Thank you!
Cancelations - Late Arrivals - Failed Appointments
Should you need to cancel an appointment please do your best to do so within 48 hours of the appointment time. If less than 48 hours you will be charged the full amount of the cancelation fee. Also should you arrive late you will be charged for a full session even though you may not receive the amount of time originally scheduled so as not to inconvenience the next client. Should you miss your appointment completely without notification a Failed Appointment fee will be charged to you at no less than 100% of the session fee.
